Nostalgia Hotel（KuanZhai Alley ChengDu）

If only i could rate 6 stars i would!!! Their hospitality is superb A+++ and i’m already feeling nostalgic. 😍😍😍 A good staying experience made my trip so memorable. Cleanliness is top notch, they would do daily cleaning upon request. Washing machine is provided so it’s actually very convenient for travellers who travel long period and they even voluntarily asked to send to our room if we are out. 🤩 They gave me written letters which i appreciate a lot and some little gifts which showed how thoughtful they are!! Another amazing thing is i accidentally left my stuff and i was already in chongqing, they helped to arrange to deliver it to my designated stay. 🤩🤩 Location wise if you dont mind a bit of walking to the train station (tong hui men) around 5 mins approximately, it’s all good. you can travel by bicycle on the road. Feeling so lucky and blessed that i decided on this hotel. 🥰

Best hotel experience here. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They even can help you to do laundry. Location is great, ten minutes walking distance to subway and fifteen minutes to kuanzhaixiangzi. Just the lights are a bit dark.

Overall a fantastic stay in this hotel. The 4 front desk lady staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They greeted us warmly every time we walked past them, helped us to collect our laundry, even helped with carrying our luggage. The breakfast spread was delicious, though the eating area was small, they provided a sufficient variety of dishes: western and Chinese. They are offering a promotion of buy 1 free 1 breakfast, it is an amazing deal. The room was clean and comfortable, though slightly small, it has everything you need. Personally I appreciate the comfort of the bed and pillows, it is not overly soft and most importantly it is very clean. There is nighttime dessert provided everyday which is delicious too. There is coffee machine, chrysanthemum tea and hot jujube ginger tea provided at lobby. The location of the hotel is just nice for me, as it is away from the busy area, it is less crowded and quiet. The neighbourhood has some delicious eateries as well. Walking distance to KuanZhai Alley is around 5-10min. Definitely will come back if I were to visit again.

Stayed in Chengdu Nostalgia hotel for 2 nights and it’s the BEST stay we had for this trip. Their service & hospitality are remarkable, staffs always greet us with big warm smile and help are offered before we even express them. Nostalgia designed room spotless with everything we needed plus extra snacks and drinks, bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Free soups / light supper served every night, in day time coffee maker and drinks could be found at hotel lobby. They also have a little corner near reception providing amenities such as earplugs, hairbands, clips, masks, wipes which is really sweet. Hotel nested at a quiet but convenient location with a mini mart and stalls right beside the hotel plus plenty of local restaurants in the surrounding, train and KuanZhai Alley in walking distance too. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Nostalgia Hotel in Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley! 😇 Upon arrival, we were informed that hot water and heating were temporarily unavailable. However, the staff went above and beyond—they upgraded our room and even provided two complimentary breakfast sets the next morning. Such incredible hospitality! 👍🏻😘 The staff were super friendly and attentive, even calling our room to check if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. 🤩 Their thoughtfulness truly stood out! Housekeeping kept the room spotless and even left handwritten notes 📝 and small gifts 🎁 for us—such a sweet and personal touch! 🍬💕 The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we slept like a dream. 💤🛌 One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—a delicious and diverse selection of fresh food catering to different tastes. 🍲 Best of all, it was free-flow, so we could enjoy as much as we wanted! 👏🏻 The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to everywhere, making our trip even more convenient. 📍 It’s just a 9-minute walk from Tong Hui Men Metro Station (通惠门站), which made getting around the city super easy. 🚉 ✨ Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Chengdu! 😍🫰🏻
