The hotel have a good location but they have a very bad WiFi. We often needed to go down to the reception to use the internet.
The restaurant offer a big selection of different options on the breakfast buffet but the quality of the food wasn’t that high. It should be better with less options but a higher quality of the food.
The hotel offers a swimming pool but it is on the lower ground which during the winter is lacking sun due to tall walls of the hotel.
The hotel staff is very nice, polite and is always there to help.

The hotel is at the exhibition -what is great. After a long day, it's easy to get home. The breakfast is fantastic and has lots of different options, including a local section where you can try new things every day.
The hotel offers free shuttles to Dubai Mall, outlets, the beach, and other areas. It's a great way to get out after the exhibition in the evening for shopping and dinner.
There's a pool on the ground floor, but I didn't try it. There's also a small 7-Eleven-like shop in the lobby where you can buy food and supplies if you need them.

The hotel close to Dubai metro. Very clean and family friendly.
I really like the soap and shampoo provided with specific brand that unlike most hotels.
Beside the hotel you can get photospot with museum of the future background.

Novotel trade center hotel offers solid value and convenience for business travelers. comfort, connectivity, and good service. I would definitely consider staying here again for future work trips to Dubai.
The team at the reception is supper friendly, always ready to help and highly professional .

The service was very bad in this hotel , I found lizard near the elevator in the floor area where my room is,
I go to the reception to ask them to help, the african girl was very rude and she didn’t help , i ask here to change my room she said theres no room available

Just 10 min walk to metro station and the centre point for all attraction, near to future museum

Great reception, decent shuttle service to various place of interests (with limited timing), comfy room and bed, prompt housekeeping. My only complaint is the gym smells rubbery and synthetic due to it just being renovated, I opened the door as solution but the spa beside would close it (because they're unable to tolerate the smell as well). Please do something, no patrons would want to inhale any toxic or bad smells air while exercising with deep breathing.
