Service at front desk was good. However the crew at the breakfast service was much to be desired. Our room was booked and paid for 6 pax. We ask for 6 set of breakfast they only gave us 5 despite we asking for 6. They didn't serve the last set because my daughter is a kid. I don't think it's acceptable.
Building is beautiful but needs better upkeep, it will be better if there is at least a mini fridge in the room.

Great hotel, perfectly located, the area is quiet but close to commodities and touristic places.
The staff is professional and friendly to make you enjoy your stay.
I recommend this hotel very much for a stay in Emeishan.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the entrance of Emeishan and it was definitely the right decision! It is within a 10 minute walk and also highly accessible by car/bus (5 minute car ride from the high speed railway station). The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, giving me lots of food recommendations and also taking extra care in making sure I am safe and know how to get around (given that I am a young female solo traveller). The room was incredibly spacious and well lit. The breakfast options were also very extensive. Definitely worth the value for money and encourage everyone to stay here!

Nice cosy place for a resort holiday with onsen/spa. Easily assessible by taxi from the train station and with the food street within walking distance. Walking distance to the bus station to go to Emeishan summit.
Very good personalised service to assist guests in planning the stay in Emeishan. Had an early train, so hotel packed simple but sufficient breakfast.
We stayed in a duplex for 3 people, nice. Will definitely be back.

Location is great. Near to Emeishan ticketing centre. Nearby many eateries. Hotel itself is a scenic. Can take beautiful pictures. Staff is helpful but don’t expect fantastic breakfast.

Very authentic experience. We liked the courtyard with a private hot spring tub. The room is cozy and all new. Cleanliness is also there.
Only breakfast was bad, but I think it's because of the low season. Check-in was fast and smooth
